Delivery Policy

Order Processing:

Orders will be picked and handed over to our courier partner within 2 working days (48 hours).

Goods will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days.

Altogether, the package will reach you within 5 days of purchase.

Out of Stock Items:

We will only dispatch the selected items that are in stock.

In case an item is out of stock, we will send the remaining goods and return the cost for the unavailable items (if it is an online order) or amend and send the order for the remaining cost.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

You can track the status of your delivery using the tracking number provided.
